Hi all,
So as I said I’m five days clean today and bar the little, if any, sleep it has been pretty tolerable. The first 2 days were pretty hard, but reading other peoples experiences with the w/d on this forum really has helped me. I just want to thank all who post on this forum..your words of encouragement and your advice has been invaluable. It really helps me when I feel alone in this struggle, but I’m not, and thanks to this forum none of us are alone with our trials with methadone or suboxone…
