Well I was never on Fentanyl but I was on fentora for a long time which is basically instant release fentanyl. I don’t know if the doses are different but I was prescribed 800mcg and would take up to 1200mcg at the very end of my addiction. But this dose I found out later was very dangerous and way beyond the norm but that is what 7 years of 300mgs of oxycontin will do to your tolerance.
But forget all that 50mcg will be more than enough to help your pain even with the suboxone you are taking some very strong medication right now. Just be careful with the patches because they don’t work right away and it happens all the time people put another patch on come tomm. you are on way to much and sick, just keep in touch with your DR over this time period and GET OFF IT AS SOON AS YOU CAN. Because it is way to easy to like this shit I promise.
