I haven’t tried the tabs in about 2 years, and that was when I was doing Suboxone recreationally, but by far I prefer the film(I call them strips). The tabs seemed to rub underneath my tongue so much so it would become raw and sore. Also I could not stand to wait until the tab dissolved. It took what seemed like hours. I know it was really only 20-30 minutes, but compared to the strips, 30 minutes is too long to wait. I’m taking 12mg a day and 1½ strips dissolve faster than ¼ of a tab. Dosing with strips takes about 5-7 minutes and it’s over(excluding the 15-20 wait before drinking or eating, of course). To me both taste about the same-horrible, lol.
