Yes I do believe there is a better relief for pain taking your dose thruout the day.
Im on 24mg. I work construction full time, and I used to just take it all once a day, but could barely walk by the time I got home from work. So now I take 8mg three times a day, and it’s great.
When Im off on the weekends I usually miss my first dose, and only take 16mg. I usually have extra at the end of the month.
thats my two cents.
I do have pain and addiction issues. shocker I know……..lol
suprisingly though, since being on suboxone I actually feel less pain than I ever did on all the other crap. I think alot of it has to do with our brain playing tricks on us.
