After 2 months most of the side effects i experienced have subsided. I have been stablized on a dosage of 4 mg twice a day and also had the chew tabs replaced by the film. I still get daytime drowsiness with the inability to actuallly sleep more than a few hours at a time. Zero alcohol or drug cravings and totally stopped smoking cigs with no problem. Also my cymbalta has been cut in half to 30 mg daily and have been able to go off both of my blood pressure meds.
