hey I wanted to ask you about your counseling session. I have to go 2x a month as part of my program. I like her because it doesn’t have to be a half hour of sub/drug talk . she also suggested a journal, and funny enough up until my dad died i always kept one..journals are the best medicine for the mind IMO . She said i’m welcome to bring it in and go over whatever we like once we get past the mandated sub questions, I should have seen a counselor years ago when my dad commited suicide and then with my aweful car wreck, so i am taking advantage of seeing her. She is easy to talk to and so far so good. I hope you get the most out of yours!
