now this is my own personal experience. 3+ years with suboxone,
The first year, I only tinkered with Suboxone, not a full-blown stop-opiate help all..I only took it when I could afford the visits.

2 years of SOLID Suboxone only therapy..no tinkering with it..ONLY suboxone in me for the past 2 years.
I still get some headaches. And they are MONSTERS. Usually, it’s when I don’t eat properly throughout the day…but when i get them, they are nearly crippling. I prob get…one or two a month. I’ve learned that this is just part of Sub ..and I don’t mind them. They are MUCH better than the alternative.
