I agree with Diary. Ask to speak with the pharmacy manager and then complain right up to the district pharmacy manager. In the case of a store like Walmart there are plenty of people to complain to since it’s such a big store. You deserve to be treated professionally and with dignity and respect.
You could also call another pharmacy you’d like to go to and ask them if they would be willing to order the strips for you.
