I just wanted to add that earlier in the summer Congressman Frank (along with about 11 co-sponsors) introduced House Bill 2306 which would remove marijuana from the schedule 1 index.
Now that said, it’s likely not going anywhere, as the chairman of the committee already said he’s killing it. Just wanted to update that.
