Have you signed up for the doctor-patient matching program at NAABT.org? You can send messages through their system to your local docs, telling them your situation (including your insurance info) and they can choose to respond to you or not. It helped me to find my current doctor.
There are other online sub doctor locators, but they only list the names, etc, so you’d have to make some phone calls, which you may have to do anyway, quite frankly. The other locators services are suboxone.com, suboxone-directory.com, and http://buprenorphine.samhsa.gov/bwns_locator/
