Yes. Clomid is often used PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) to restart natural test production. It’s also used for the exact same reason, legitimately, by particularly savvy endocrinologists as a way to raise testosterone while preserving fertility. Good luck getting your family practitioner to prescribe it
