Okay I’ll rattle a few off:

– Ibuprofen (muscle aches)
– Clonidine (blood pressure med – for sweating, watery eyes & runny nose)
– Valium (for muscle aches and anxiety – other benzos work but won’t help the cramps as much)
– Temazepam (for sleep)
– metoclopramide (for nausea)

And in some countries:

– Doloxene (mild opioid – slight relief of all symptoms but can prolong detox slightly)

If you’re unable to see a doctor, OTC meds:

– Ibuprofen (you’d be surprised how helpful these can be for aches).
Some people claim Ibuprofen + Codeine pills. Honestly, in opiate detox, I don’t think the codeine makes any difference!
– Imodium (for diahrrea)
– Tonic water (this is a junkie’s myth – for muscle cramps – I do think it helps a bit)
– Minimal / no caffeine.
– Warm showers.
– Persistence Very Happy
