My friend sent out the care package yesterday as soon as he heard I was in this situation and I recieved it today! What a releif. It is so good to have a good an honest person that really cares for me as my friend. When I was a full blown addict, those people I called friends were everything but that. Having a friend in sobriety is a whole new concept for me.
So, for the short interim, I am safe. I now can relax a little, and talk to my PCP without as much tension and anxiety riding on it. I am truly grateful God is looking out for me. I will stay on here and keep in touch with all of you… a friend in troubled times for everone.
