This has been a big topic on here lately, the old "Where’s my sex drive gone" and "Why have my nuts shrunk" … Maybe it’s time we came up with some ideas to address it that aren’t pumping our bodies full of DHEA.

There you go … there was another site that had some other ways, but it mainly focused on workout techniques (in a nutshell, high weights low reps, 3 sets, do exercises that workout multiple muscles ie chest press, chinups / dips – less isolated muscles ie bicep curls)…
The three ones that stood out to me from that list were – don’t overheat your balls! Swapping the cK briefs for a pair of boxers makes a huge difference to libido. Sleep matters a lot too. And most of all, getting sexual can mean being sexual. Ie if you’re suffering a drought of activity, expect a drought of desire. Same goes for the other way. Tap back into your sexuality (be it with your partner, or even a special moment with yourself) – even if you don’t really feel like it – and that fire of desire may very well get blazing again.
