Good you stopped the MS Contin, long acting. Check out the COWS link that Romeo gave you and the INDUCTION thread.
I was on 50mg of OxyContin and was inducted with 8mg of suboxone at 16 hours without a single problem. I was prescribed narcotics for 6 years. Everyone is different and I was scared to death, because I am alone here. You will do fine. Stop the hydros, at least Sunday early if your appointment is on Monday.
Hang in there, the Suboxone will help break this dependance.
