You’re going to be fine! Try to stay positive, distracted, and active – as much as possible. Remember, if you expect bad withdrawals, you’ll probably get them! It’s that self-fulfilling prophecy thing. At least that’s how I look at it. Exercise is supposed to make you feel a lot better, so as much as you probably won’t feel like it, try to get out. It’s endorphin-releasing and that’s exactly what you need. Keep us posted on how you’re doing.
