Congrats! I had 3 c-sections and everything was fine. If you are worried about her bleeding like last time then a c-section is a good thing. If she starts to bleed out again they already have her open and can stop it quickly.
I know it’s easier said than done but try not worry and enjoy this amazing experience. It doesn’t matter how many kids you’ve had prior, it is a miracle every time. Can’t wait to see the pics of your beautiful new daughter!
