With the amount of methadone you are taking, I would slowly titrate down with your dose. Get and stay comfortable on each drop, then lower your dose again. If it becomes to unbearable, you might think about using Suboxone. If you take it nice and slow, and adjust to each dose, you should be alright. You are going to experience some discomfort either way. Steve
