Can anyone offer advise on what I can do to make the next week manageable?

If I were you, I would get to the point of .25 mg every 48-72 hours before making the final jump. Only because that is pretty much as low as you can possibly get. If you use the water method you could get even lower. Can’t stress enough, but you should be AS LOW AS POSSIBLE before discontinuing.

Benzos will help with sleep and anxiety. Most people don’t have a problem with taking them as prescribed, but if you do, I wouldn’t suggest this route.

Many on here may disagree with me, but marijuana really helps with my withdrawal symptoms when I am tapering. It helps you eat, sleep, and relax..but if you get paranoid using it, don’t take this route either.

I wish you good luck, and good for you on finishing with your taper!
