Looks like it requires something called "Microsoft Silverlight"… I could be wrong.

That worked for me kinda. Also, as well all know, it is also subjective. Some of us have fast metabolisms (I do.. too fast) and some of us have slower ones. That is going to play an impact, or at least I would think it does.
