Sorry to hear about the high cost of Androgel. I have insurance and had no idea it was that much. But, my doctor saw my copay and said there is a new one now that has a card where you will not pay more than $25.00. With insurance, it just cuts my copay from $40 to $25. But if you don’t have insurance or it’s not covered, it says they will be primary. So your total cost per month will be $25.00. That beats the $1100.
It is a pump gel applied to your underarms so no gel on the shoulder. It drys quicker too. Have him ask his doctor for Axiron.
