Hey BK,
I’m sorry you’re having such a rough time with RLS.
The thing that I found that worked best for me was to get on our elliptical machine and run until it felt like my legs were gonna fall off. That would give me a minimum of 2.5 hours of relief from the RLS.
I found the RLS from Suboxone didn’t last as long as the RLS I got when I quit regular pain meds. I’m pretty sure my RLS from getting off of Suboxone only lasted a couple of weeks.
