The other thing about Ultram is it metabolizes like or as serotonin, too (I don’t know technically how it works, so don’t hold me to the language). If a person is already on an SSRI medication or supplement and they take Ultram, they are then at risk for Serontin Syndrome. They often don’t tell patients that either. I never knew that and I’ve been prescribed Ultram in the past as well.
