As some people are aware, there is some danger that access to generic buprenorphine will be limited or prevented entirely. I am trying to ’round up’ the physicians out there who are willing to prescribe buprenorphine– the ones who are smart enough to realize that Suboxone and buprenorphine are essentially identical.
If your doctor IS such a doctor– if you have discussed the issue and he is an advocate of the generic, and willing to precribe the generic– I ask that YOU contact me for further discussions. I would ultimately like to speak to the doctors, but first I want to get a sense of how many of like-minded docs are out there.
