Hi Christina and welcome. I was shocked that you were told to get an ABORTION?!? I can’t believe a doctor would tell you that. It is completely negligent of him, as there have been several medical studies published on Suboxone/methadone during pregnancy, none of which even SUGGEST that a woman would need to terminate the pregnancy. Good for you going to another doctor and getting a 2nd opinion.
I agree with the above posters that you should read as much as you can of the other threads in the pregnancy section. There have been a lot of women who have had positive outcomes. I wasn’t sure what you meant when you said a quarter of the Subutex made you feel icky. Maybe you could say more about that and you could get some feedback.
