dude being on 40-48 mg is pointless. Studies have recently come out that proves that the ceiling dose, which used to be at 32mg, has now been discovered to actually be 16mg. At 16mg 100% of your opiate receptors are filled. Anything above that doesn’t add anything. Take my advice, don’t waste your money and the side effects will be worse the higher you go.
