Before you introduce another drug, I would try spitting out your saliva about 20 after you dose. Some people get headaches from swallowing the naloxone that is left behind after the Bupe is absorbed. The nausea could be from too high of a dose, or it could be that you just need a couple of days to adjust. I would recommend going down to 4mg rather than 2, because 4 is generally accepted to be the ceiling level, where your body can get to a steady state of bupe and not have highs and lows.
