I totally agree with you guys. When I spoke to the mgr. the 2nd time, after they had done the count, she told me that since everything matched up, and I had the script home for 2 days, there was nothing they could do for me. Then later that same day (like 9pm actually) she called and said they looked it to it some more and they would replace the 9. And I truly believe this was BEFORE they knew I called corporate. So, if they found out something fishy was going on internally, they certainly weren’t going to let, me, the customer know.
Thanks for your support guys, but I think you’re giving me too much credit. If they had accused me of something, or gotten nasty or whatever, I honestly don’t know how I would have reacted.
BTW, in the meantime, I’m taking the strips and I noticed over the past couple of days some have tiny tears in them (but they are fully sealed before I open them). I didn’t think much of it, but yesterday my strip was all cracked up, like a jigsaw puzzle, and kind of looked like it was starting to disintegrate. They seem to bee working, though. Has anyone seen this with theirs? Do you think it could be the heat? I am a little concerned and I’d really hate to have to report a problem after this issue w/ the pharm.
