Didn’t read all the posts so sorry if a dup. try focusing on your breathing. It can really help. No distractions, tv, phone, food, computer, etc. practice slowing down while focusing on breathing. Also you can create a place that is just yours. a perfect place in your mind and go there whenever you want. Sounds weird, but it can work. I have read about, and have the same impending doom feelings from this drug. maybe try tapering if you want to.
