Thank you all so much for your feedback! Sorry I was so busy during the holiday. I will check those out for sure but turns out it was a multiple muscle spasm in my neck! Awful! It is better but I am having the worst of luck this time around with sub. After the spasm settled I developed a chest cold that put my once a month inhaler to use twice a day, headaches from the remaining spasm in my neck, nausea, constipation, stay up too late, and my bipolar showed its face with audio hallucinations(thank goodness I can tell the difference! The voice is unfamiliar LOL) 
. I have been trying to take the lowest dose for me but only feel like a person on days I take 8mg AM and 4mg PM. Could changing my dosage frequently cause nausea or even flu like symptoms? My first time starting it was in a rehab and this time my doctor suggested I figure out on my own the lowest I can take. Thank you so much again.
